Digital Ash
Digital Ash is a fast-paced sci-fi puzzle strategy game about identity, memory, and what remains after death.
You awaken as your own Digital Ash — a preserved copy of your memories and personality, stored inside a small metallic robot. Once the engineer who created this technology, you are now trapped inside it.
To escape, you must possess and hack Electronic Devices (EDs), transmitting your digital form from one machine to another while overcoming traps, corrupted systems, and environmental puzzles.
Your choices shape a branching narrative with 3 endings, each granting a new power-up. Collect them all to unlock the final confrontation against Patrick, your professional rival.

Um, this isn't a puzzle platformer. The whole theme of hacking is pretty cool. The hard resets back to the start of the level are a little frustrating because it's not always obvious which devices are 'in range'. I find that giving the player more information is actually helpful for gameplay!
Thank you for playing!! The point of hard resets is that you will have a better time re-playing through multiple endings when you choose that particular permanent power-up. Besides, the levels designed are smaller in size, meaning any progress lost is of not more than (upto )30 seconds worth.

I totally agree about doing a better job explaining the mechanics. But we were grossly out of time and had to submit the game as is.

P.S:. We have designed the game such that only QWEASDZXC keys (9 keys in square grid) are used for the whole game.
